What if my pet is in the yard during service
We love pets, as long as your pet is friendly and will not interfere with our work, it is fine. If your pet is protective or aggressive, please keep them indoors or in a secure area during service.
How does billing work
We use a simple, no contract monthly subscription model. You will be billed on the first of each month for the upcoming month of service. If you sign up mid month, we will prorate the next payment to cover the remaining weeks. The first month of service is due upfront and is non refundable.
Can I cancel anytime
Yes, we just require that new customers complete at least one full month of service before cancellation. After that, you can cancel anytime, and we will even prorate any unused service for a refund or credit.
Can I request an extra scoop day
Yes, if you ever need an Extra Scoop Day, just let us know, and we will schedule an additional visit at your current plan rate.
Do I need to be home during service
No, as long as we have access to your yard, we will take care of business.
Do you offer one time cleanups
Yes, we offer one time cleanups for special occasions or move ins. Just reach out and we will provide a quick quote based on yard size and condition.
